Event Details

Setting goals and a vision for sport and life is no small feat. It requires a great deal of introspection and courage to put your goals down in writing - and then hold yourself accountable.

Athletes set goals every single day; whether it be to set an intention for a practice, a training session in the gym, or a meal plan to ensure they get all the nutrition they need. Setting a vision for life beyond sport related to career, health and personal pursuits can be scary and/or difficult.

Helen Keller once said..."If you haven't got a dream, how do you make a dream come true?" A vision is like a dream.  In sport, business, and life we must be able to create and articulate our vision and goals in order to achieve success.

Join Canadian Sport Centre Pacific's Marc Bowles on Monday, February 20 to learn about goal-setting tactics that will help make your dreams reality.
